WRVO Canada/New England Discovery Cruise!
On Saturday, September 21, 2013, we'll be leaving the Central New York area via air-conditioned tour bus and traveling to NYC where we'll board the beautiful Caribbean Princess for a 7-night, roundtrip cruise to Canada and New England. Return transportation will be included.
The itinerary takes in some of the most beautiful coastal scenery in the world, with ports of call that allow you to marvel at the splendors of the summerhouse "cottages" of the Gilded Age in Newport, RI, step back into the colonial America of Boston, view the beautiful vistas atop Maine's Acadia National Park in Bar Harbor, ME, visit St. John, NB, Bay of Fundy or the caves at St. Martin's, and wander tiny fishing villages of Halifax, Nova Scotia. Your choices of shore excursions are endless from hiking to bicyling, kayaking to wine tasting, historical tours to shopping!
Your trip includes:
- Seven (7) nights aboard the Caribbean Princess with five (5) ports of call
- Accommodations, meals, and entertainment
- Motorcoach transportation to and from the cruise terminal at Redhook pier
- All government taxes, fees, and port charges
- All ground gratuities for coach drivers and pier stevedore
- Fundraiser for WRVO
If you'd like to spend some time in New York City prior to or after the cruise, consider a pre- or post-cruise land package that puts you in the middle of this vibrant city. We'll be glad to set up hotel accommodations, with suggestions of what to see and do.
