                                      For dining enthusiasts!  This experience starts with champagne and

                                      hors d'oeuvres in the galley, during the height of dinner preparation,

                                      followed by a multi-course dinner, not offered anywhere else on the

                                      ship, and paired with selected wines.  Detailed explanations of each

                                      course and their preparation are then followed by the chef rejoining

                                      your private table to participate in a discussion of the evening's meal,

                                      answer questions, and share culinary secrets during his 35 years with

                                                                                              Princess.
